[00:00:00] Welcome to The Messy Mind Podcast, a show to support you in seeing that messiness can lead to your lightbulb moments. I'm your host, Tammy L. Davis. Welcome back to The Messy Mind Podcast. I'm your host, Tammy L. Davis. And after a two and a half month hiatus, more on that later, I'm thrilled to say Season 6 is here.

[00:00:24] 2025 will be our year. And I'm saying our year because this year is going to be full of bold conversations, messy truths and personal growth. Of course, I'm going to continue to talk about the topics that I love, such as organizational change management, training, communications, but I really want to dive deeper into life's messy truths and how you can support not only yourself, but everyone around you.

[00:00:52] I always say embrace the messiness because it can lead to your lightbulb moments. Well, this season, I'm going to dive a little bit deeper into that and talk about how I struggled to juggle being a wife, being a mother. We're going to talk about parentpreneurships, definitely going to have different perspectives on that aspect. And guess what? I'm diving straight into the deep end with this particular season.

[00:01:18] So if you want to sneak peek about what's coming your way, come a little bit closer, turn off the volume. And first, I'm going to talk about topics. This season, I'm going to be tackling the big complicated stuff such as navigating change, building resistance, and more importantly, how you can turn life's chaos into clarity. If you ever wondered how to embrace the messiness of life and still thrive, I've got you covered.

[00:01:47] Now let's talk about guest. If you know and have been a longtime listener of the Messy Minded Podcast, it's typically me on these airwaves, giving you shorty episodes to inspire and leaving you, I'm hoping, with something to take action. Every now and again, I've had guests on, but this year, baby, I am coming with some incredible voices. And if you can tell, I'm so excited.

[00:02:14] These are thought leaders, disruptors, and inspiring everyday people who have a story to tell, and of course, lessons to share. These are the conversations that will challenge the way you think and inspire you to take action. And oh, I'm not stopping there. Every episode will continue to leave you with actionable takeaways, real world advice that

[00:02:40] you can use to tackle life's messy moments starting as soon as you hit play on any episode. If you did not know or could not feel, this isn't just a podcast.
